Family Action Helpline (leaflet attached)
Family Action have launched a free helpline, a telephone befriending, coaching and counselling service for all family members over the age of 18 across England and Wales. FamilyLine provides emotional support and guidance on all aspects of family issues. The phone line is open on Monday-Friday from 9am to 9pm. Outside of these hours, there is a text crisis line including weekends and bank holidays. The telephone number is: 0808 802 6666 and the text line is: 07537 404 282.
