Performance Data

End of Key Stage assessments were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2019-2020 and 2020-21. End of Key Stage Assessments took place in 2021-2022 and in 2022-2023. Our most recent performance data is displayed below.

Our latest performance data can be found at https://www.find-school-performance-data.service.gov.uk/school/112308/st-matthew's-cofe-school

The government will not publish KS2 school level data for the 2021-2022 academic year. The last available public data is from the 2018-2019 academic year. It is important to note that the data from that year may no longer reflect current performance.

However, we have also added the data for 2022-2023.

* = the calculating of ‘Value Added’ nationally ensures that average progress is zero. Progress scores will be centred around 0, with most schools within the range of -5 to +5:

  • A score of 0 means pupils in this school, on average, do about as well at KS2 as those with similar prior attainment, nationally.
  • A positive score means pupils in this school, on average, do better at KS2 than those with similar prior attainment, nationally.
  • A negative score means pupils in this school, on average, do worse at KS2 than those with similar prior attainment, nationally. A negative score does not mean that pupils did not make progress, rather it means they made less progress than other pupils nationally, with similar starting points.
