This is our School Council, also known as the Dream Team. The Dream Team were elected by the children of St Matthew's C of E School. Each candidate put together their own manifesto, which they presented to Class 2. Each child then had a vote based on what they heard and who they thought would be most suitable for the role.
We meet, regularly, to discuss issues of importance around the school and organise fundraising events. The Dream Team also recruite playground leaders, who have to write letters of application, do interviews, and who are, regularly, appraised. By doing this, we encourage our children to be involved in the organisation and running of our school.
