Year 3 and 4 science

In Science, we have been learning about the human skeleton. We know that our skeleton helps us move, supports us and offers our vital organs protection.

We used bones (straws) and joints (tape) to build a skull to protect a brain (an egg). When the structure was dropped, the brain had to be protected and not break!

All four structures survived a 1m drop and our brain was not damaged. Two of our brains survived a drop of over 2m without cracking!
