We rescued a newt!

On Wednesday 23rd October, Mrs Bassant went to read the water meter to see how much water we have been using. It’s a good thing she did as she found a trapped newt! 
We rescued the newt, we all had a good look at him/her before he was released. 
We think it was a Common Newt!
