We took the Year 5 and Year 6 children to Glasgow to experience a real Mosque and learn more about the Islamic religion. The children were amazed by the beauty of the building and the intricacy of the decorations. The children learnt a lot more about Islam and about how and why Muslims worship.
We took part in Children in Need, again, this year. We came to school dressed as super-heroes, set up activites and challenges, and had a bake sale at the end of the day.
The Year 2 children went to Bothel School to take part in an Africa Day. The children learnt about the different culture in Africa; including music, dance, clothing, jewellery and art.
We donated shoe boxes to Operation Christmas Child, again, this year!
